44 Books Two and Three: By Jools Sinclair

Once again, I have to say wow. Sinclair keeps you pulled into the story with Abby Craig's trials and triumphs.

I really don't have many bad things to say about this series. 44 needs to be read as a set, I don't think they would stand alone well.  Also, I never really got a good picture of the characters in my head. Sinclair gives them some good identifying traits, like Jakes ball cap or Kate's high heels, but she doesn't give you much more to go on.  However, I do love the books and the constant drama/trauma in Abby's life.  And think it would make a good tv show, maybe movie. So, the nondescript characters may work in Sinclair's favor. I would hate to see another Vampire Diaries fiasco.  (Apologies to all TVD fans, that's just not the Elena I pictured, or Bonnie or...never mind, you get my point.) ...
Happy Reading!
