*Disclaimer* I received a copy of this book from Dowie’s Place Event’s in exchange for a fair and honest review.

April thought she had the rest of her life to be with Hunter. She thought he was the one. When he ended things she was depressed, lost, and broken.  The man that has been in her life since she was a little girl is the last person she expected to be there to pick up the pieces. They haven’t talked in six years, he was a mere memory. Or was he? What happens when the person she least expects breaks down her walls and has her feeling again? What happens when April finds herself again? How much fight does April have to give for her life and future?
Happy, sad, mad, angry, frustrated, ecstatic, excited, depressed. Those are all emotions I felt while reading this book and I LOVED every single minute of it. It was pure torture in certain spots and broke my heart but I couldn’t put the book down. I had to keep reading. I had to know what was going to happen next. The emotions were raw and real and nothing is better than that.
The friendships that April formed throughout the book were great. The author wrote them so well and they just flowed with the story and the lives of the other characters as if they were always there.  There were certain scenes written with such clarity and detail that it was easy to fall into the story as if you were living it. There was a certain amount of suspense and mystery in the book without getting to deep into one that left you wondering what next and left me shocked and amazed with was happening.
April’s story is a story to be read. It’s one that won’t disappoint you. I think you’ll find yourself falling in love with April and Jared, even though at times you might want to hate them! Give it a shot, I think you’ll love it!
