Never Mine; A Base Branch & Titan World Novella; By Megan Mitcham

OMG. This was my first Megan Mitcham book, and y'all, now I am hooked!!!    Never Mine was amazing! The characters, the suspense and the steaminess were all perfect! I straight up love the characters. Jillian, our heroine is a total bad-ass-B! I don't want to spoil anything, but I love it when the leading lady is just as tough, if not tougher than her male counterpart.  Not that Callum is lacking, in ANYTHING, I promise.  She is just that cool.   The whole novel is seeping with suspense and combined with some intense action, the pages fly by.  I even got to catch up with some of my favorite Titan Series characters as well as meet some of the Base Branch operatives.  If you haven't read either series, no worries, Never Mine stands alone just fine.  I haven't read any of the Base Branch books and I never felt lost, just compelled to get my hands on them!*ARC Review*

   Linda Lael Miller is a talented writer. She brings us an entire family, from the frontier days to today. And not once does she skimp us on personality and flaws in her characters. Every person and animal in her books is completely unique and memorable. From Angus McKettrick, a rough and tough cowboy from the frontier days, to Bamboozal, the pony Austin got for his tenth birthday. I love this family. I can probably trace their family tree easier than my own, and they are fictional.    Aside from the awesome characters, Miller also gives us unique plot twist in each book. Of course they’re all ranchers, so the cowboy theme stays the same. Each book gives you new laughs, sorrows, and crazy events to keep you guessing. However, they all keep the family legacy in tact.
